For months I ran free Thursday founder hours. The conversations were incredible: real questions, real shifts, real builds. But free attracts the wrong energy. The FTA Lab is what happens when we treat this like the work it actually is. A room you pay to show up in, so you show up.

The real questions.

When does it meet?
Every Thursday at 10:00 AM EST. Sessions are 60–90 minutes. Calendar invites get sent when you join.
What if I can't make it one week?
No stress. Every session is recorded and replays land in the members area. You can also still ask questions in the community channel.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, cancel anytime. Monthly subscriptions stop at the end of the current billing cycle. No long contracts, no calling-to-cancel nonsense.
Is the FTA Portal included?
The Lab is the live room and the community. The FTA Portal (the DIY system that generates your brand voice, calendars, and captions from one profile) is its own one-time $444 purchase at /fta-portal. They pair beautifully, but neither requires the other.
Is this the same as your old free Thursday hours?
No. The free hours are long gone. The FTA Lab is the paid evolution: real structure, a live weekly room, and a community of committed founders instead of drop-bys.
What's the refund policy?
Drop-in is non-refundable (it's $44). Memberships: if you show up to your first session and it's not for you, email hello@katiedickieson.com within 7 days for a full refund.
How do I join the community?
When you join, you get an email with the link to our private community (inside ESC Hub). You'll also get the Zoom link for sessions and access to all replays.

When I'm not running the lab, I'm probably making cocktails, writing newsletters, or convincing another founder to stop posting reels at 3am.
