Version 1.0, effective October 12, 2026. Seller: Katie Dickieson, doing business as FTA ("I", "me"). You ("you") are the person or business buying.

1. What this is, and what it isn't

The Money Playbook is a revenue and business growth plan. It is education and strategy, not financial, investment, tax, accounting, credit or legal advice. I am not a lawyer, CPA or licensed financial adviser. No income is promised.

• I don't recommend investments or securities.
• I don't take tax positions or prepare returns.
• I don't repair credit, negotiate debt or deal with collectors.
• I don't give legal conclusions about contracts, entities, lawsuits or worker classification.

Anything in your playbook that touches debt in collections, taxes, investments, your legal entity or a lawsuit is labeled SEE A PRO. I'll tell you which kind of professional to call (for example an attorney, CPA or enrolled agent, fiduciary adviser, or nonprofit credit counselor). I won't tell you what to do about it.

You make every decision about your business. The playbook is information to help you decide.

A PDF checklist sent by email. Signing up also adds you to my email list. You can unsubscribe any time.

Follow the Money (live class)

One live online class of about 80 minutes, plus a replay. The early bird price is $44 through Sunday January 17, 2027 (11:59pm ET), then $77. Your ticket price counts toward DIY if you buy it within 72 hours after the live class, or toward Done for You within 14 days after it. Credits only count toward a higher tier and can't be exchanged for cash.

DIY Playbook ($111, one time)

• The online intake, your AI-drafted 9-section playbook (every item marked UNVERIFIED unless flagged for review), a saved action checklist, and the three-number tracker.
• Access to create and re-score lasts 90 days from purchase. After 90 days your delivered playbook and checklist stay readable in your account, and your tracker entries stay readable and editable. Adding new tracker entries after 90 days needs the tracker subscription (section 6).

Done for You

• Everything in DIY, plus one 45 to 60 minute video call with me on a Thursday, research on the programs and terms that apply to you, one ready-to-send piece written in your voice, and my review and approval of every section before you receive it.
• Founding price: $777 in full or 2 payments of $444, available until Sunday January 10, 2027 (11:59pm ET) or until 5 founding spots are sold, whichever comes first. After that: $1,111 in full or 3 payments of $444.
• I take a limited number of Done for You clients at a time. If I'm full, checkout shows the next opening and does not take payment.

3. Deliverables and timelines

• Intake. After you buy you get a login and your intake. Please finish it within 30 days.
• Call (Done for You). Booked through my calendar on a Thursday, at least 2 business days after your intake is in, so I can do the research first. If you need to reschedule, give me at least 24 hours' notice. One reschedule is always fine.
• Delivery (Done for You). Your playbook is delivered in your account within 5 business days after the call.
• Revision (Done for You). One written revision round. Send your notes within 14 days of delivery and I'll send the revised version within 5 business days after that. Once approved, the delivered version is frozen as the record of what was delivered.
• DIY. Your playbook is generated after you submit the intake. The first DIY playbooks are read by me before release, which can add up to 3 business days.
• Missed call. If you miss your call without notice, I'll offer one new time. If that one is missed too, I'll deliver the playbook from your intake alone.

4. Refunds and cancelling

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. To ask for one, email hello@katiedickieson.com from the email you bought with.

• Class: full refund if you ask at least 24 hours before the live class starts. After that, no refund, but you keep the replay.
• DIY: full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not submitted your intake. Once your playbook has been generated, no refund.
• Done for You: full refund any time before your call happens. After the call, the research and build have started, so no refund. If I miss the 5-business-day delivery window and you'd rather not wait, you can ask for a full refund instead.
• Installments: a refund covers what you have paid. Cancelling before the call also cancels the remaining payments.
• If you're refunded, access to that purchase ends.

5. Installment plans

• Done for You can be paid in installments: 2 payments of $444 at the founding price, or 3 payments of $444 at the standard price.
• The first payment is taken at checkout. The rest are charged automatically to the same card every 30 days until the plan is paid. Then it stops on its own. It is not a subscription and never renews.
• Choosing installments means you agree to pay all of them. The total is shown at checkout before you pay.
• If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and emails you. If it still hasn't gone through after 14 days, I may pause work and delivery until it's paid.
• Finishing your plan keeps your access exactly as if you had paid in full.

6. The tracker subscription ($22 a month)

• The tracker subscription keeps your three-number tracker open for new entries after your DIY access ends. It costs $22 a month, billed monthly to your card, and renews each month until you cancel.
• It only starts if you choose it at its own checkout, where the price, the monthly renewal and how to cancel are shown before you pay. It never starts on its own when DIY ends.
• Cancel online in one click. In your account (app.katiedickieson.com/money-app), open Tracker and press "Cancel tracker", then confirm. No email, no call. You can also email hello@katiedickieson.com and I'll cancel it for you.
• When you cancel, you won't be charged again. The tracker keeps working until the end of the month you already paid for. After that, everything you logged stays readable and editable.
• Monthly payments already made are not refunded for the rest of a month, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
• If the price ever changes, I'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.

7. How AI is used

Claude, an AI model from Anthropic, helps research and draft your playbook. The scoring that ranks your actions is plain math in code, with the math shown. For Done for You, I review every page before you get it. For DIY, every item is UNVERIFIED unless it is flagged for review, which means you should check it before you rely on it.

Your intake is sent to Anthropic's API to draft the playbook. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API content is not used to train their models. The intake is treated as information, not instructions. Anthropic keeps API content only for a limited period under its commercial terms, for things like safety and abuse checks, and then deletes it.

8. Your data

• The intake asks for ranges and totals, not exact figures. Never send passwords, account numbers or Social Security numbers.
• I never log into your bank, inbox, payment processor or any other account of yours. If something needs checking, you share a cropped, redacted screenshot or an export.
• Uploads are deleted 30 days after delivery. Call notes are deleted 30 days after delivery.
• Your playbook, checklist ticks and tracker entries stay in your account so you can use them. You can delete your account, and with it this data, from your account settings or by email.
• Your data is stored with Supabase. Payments are handled by Stripe; I never see your full card number. Emails are sent with Resend.
• I don't sell your data.
• If there is ever a breach that affects your personal information, I'll notify you as the law requires (in Florida, within 30 days).
• My privacy policy has the full details.

9. Earnings disclaimer

Numbers about my business are my real results, shown so you can see the method. They are not a prediction of yours. I don't have enough client data yet to tell you a typical result, so I won't pretend to.

Your results depend on your business, your audience, your market, the time you put in and many things neither of us controls. Nothing I say or write is a promise that you will earn any amount of money. Any payout, rate or term from a third-party program is that program's, and it can change.

If a playbook mentions a product or program I earn a commission from, it's labeled as an affiliate link. If one of my own services fits a next step, it's labeled "this is my service." You never need to buy anything else for the playbook to work.

10. Your part

• Give honest, accurate answers. The playbook is only as good as what goes in.
• Keep your login to yourself. The playbook is for you and your business. Please don't resell or publish it.
• Check anything marked UNVERIFIED, EST or NOT CONFIRMED before you rely on it, and call the pro for anything marked SEE A PRO.

11. Where I sell

I sell to buyers in the United States and the United Kingdom. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank may convert them.

UK buyers, your 14-day right to cancel. UK law gives you 14 days to cancel a digital or service purchase. At checkout you ask me to start right away. If you cancel within 14 days, you get a refund minus the value of work already done. Once your playbook or class access has been fully delivered, the right to cancel ends. Nothing here takes away any other rights you have under UK consumer law.

12. Limits

To the extent the law allows, my total responsibility for any claim about a purchase is limited to what you paid for that purchase. I'm not responsible for decisions you make using the playbook, or for losses from third-party programs, platforms or professionals.

No guarantees. The playbook, class and tracker are provided as they are. I do my best to make them accurate and useful, but I don't promise any particular result, income or outcome, and I don't guarantee that third-party programs, prices or terms will stay the same.

If something goes wrong. Email me first at hello@katiedickieson.com and tell me what happened. We'll both try in good faith to sort it out within 30 days before either of us takes it anywhere else.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

If I change these terms, the new version applies to purchases made after the change. The version you agreed to at checkout applies to your purchase.
