Version 1.0, October 2026. Plain language on purpose. These cover the build packs and the All Access bundle sold at app.katiedickieson.com/prompts.

1. What you get

Each build pack is a digital download (a zip file) with a setup guide, a rulebook file for Claude Code, a set of prompts, troubleshooting help and a license. You use them with Claude Code to build your own tool on your own computer.

All Access includes every pack released so far, plus every pack I release later, for as long as I sell this collection. You get new packs from the same download link in your purchase email, and I email you when one is added.

The free Start Here Kit is a download too. Signing up for it adds you to my email list. You can unsubscribe any time.

2. What you need (sold separately)

Claude Code needs a paid Claude plan (Pro or higher) from Anthropic, plus a Mac or Windows computer. I don't sell or control Claude plans, prices, limits or features, and they can change. Check claude.com/pricing before you buy a pack.

3. Delivery

After you pay, you're taken to a download page, and you also get an email with your download link. If you don't see it within an hour, check spam, then email hello@katiedickieson.com and I'll send it.

4. Refunds

Because packs are delivered instantly as digital files, sales are final once your download link is delivered. If a file is broken or won't open, or you never got it, email me and I'll fix it or refund you. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live.

UK and EU buyers, your 14-day right to cancel. The law normally gives you 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. At checkout you ask for immediate access and agree that you lose that right once your download link is delivered.

5. The license

• You can use a pack to build tools for your own business or personal use, change the prompts, and keep everything you build.
• You can build tools for your own clients as part of a service, as long as you don't give them the pack itself.
• You can sell the things you make with your tools, like your own guides, printables, carousels, emails and pages.
• You can't resell, share, give away or post a pack or any part of it, free or paid, or sell the tools themselves as templates, or make a pack that competes with this one.

6. AI, accuracy and your data

The tools are built by Claude, an AI model, following my prompts. AI can make mistakes, so test what you build before you rely on it, and keep backups of your data. The tools you build keep your data on your own computer; I never see it.

The Money Tracker pack builds a tracker, not financial, tax or legal advice. The Cosmic Dashboard pack is for self-reflection and entertainment, not predictions or advice. No pack promises any income, result or outcome.

7. Limits

Packs are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, my total responsibility for any claim about a purchase is limited to what you paid for it. I'm not responsible for how the tools you build are used, for third-party services (including Claude, hosting or payment platforms), or for lost data.

If something goes wrong, email me first at hello@katiedickieson.com. We'll both try in good faith to sort it out within 30 days before either of us takes it anywhere else.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
