These Terms of Use govern your use of the FTA Social Media mobile application and website operated by FTA Social Media ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Account Registration

To use FTA Social Media, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Description of Services

FTA Social Media provides a social media setup kit generator and content workflow tools. You provide your business information, and our system generates personalized social media resources including brand voice guides, AI prompts, content calendars, hashtag strategies, captions, and social media guides.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

FTA Pro Subscription: Access to the full platform requires an active FTA Pro subscription.

App Store Purchases:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Website Purchases: Payments made directly through our website are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.

4. Your Content

The business information you provide remains your property. The content generated by our system based on your inputs is licensed to you for your personal and business use. You may use, modify, and distribute your generated content freely.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our system or platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our service
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service

6. Intellectual Property

The FTA Social Media platform, including its design, code, branding, and underlying systems, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a license to use the platform, not ownership of it.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results from using our generated content. Social media success depends on many factors beyond the scope of our tools.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FTA Social Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
