What you're buying
A personalized digital report for two people, delivered as a PDF by email. It's made to order from the birth details you send. Nothing ships.
Delivery
Your report arrives within 5 to 7 business days of your order, or within 3 business days if you add Rush. If I ever can't meet that date, I'll email you before it passes and you can choose to wait or take a full refund.
Your birth details
- By ordering, you confirm that both people named in the order agreed to share their birth details for this report.
- I use those details only to make your report. I don't sell or share them.
- What's kept, and for how long, is under Privacy below.
Accuracy and fixes
Charts are calculated with the Swiss Ephemeris from the details you give. The results are only as exact as the birth data, especially the birth time. If you spot a typo in what you sent, tell me within 7 days of delivery and I'll correct the report free. If I make a mistake with your data, I fix it free.
Refunds
You can cancel for a full refund until I start your report. Once work has started, the report is being made for the two of you, so it can't be cancelled or returned. At checkout you ask me to start right away and confirm you understand this. That applies to buyers in the EU and UK too: you lose the right to cancel once work has started. If I make a mistake with your data, I fix it free.
What the report is, and isn't
Astrology, Human Design and Gene Keys are lenses for reflection and entertainment. The report describes your charts. It doesn't predict or guarantee anything about your relationship, and it isn't medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
Privacy
- What I collect: the buyer's email, both people's names, pronouns, birth dates, birth times and birth cities, and the places, occasion and note you add.
- Who handles it: Stripe processes the payment and stores the order form with it. My email system (GoHighLevel) sends the order emails, which repeat your birth details so you can check them. I use the details on my own computer to make the report.
- How long: I delete my working copy, including the report files, 30 days after delivery. Stripe keeps its payment record, and the order emails stay in my inbox, as normal business records.
- Deletion: email hello@katiedickieson.com and I'll delete the copies I control and clear the birth details from the Stripe order.
Using your report
It's yours to keep, print and share with your partner. Please don't resell it or publish it as your own work.
